Delivery & Payment
DELIVERY
- Delivery of goods to the chosen address is carried out by DHL, GLS and UPS couriers. The provider sends the ordered items to the buyer at the address indicated on the order (delivery address). The goods can also be taken over at the reception point Q-BRICKS d.o.o., Opekarska cesta 16, 1360 Vrhnika. Pallet delivery with truck/van transport is also possible.
- During the process, as well as before the conclusion of the purchase process, the buyer is acquainted with the (possible) area of delivery or any delivery restrictions, delivery time and exact delivery costs for goods or shipping.
- The costs of delivery or shipping are calculated at the time of purchase according to the selected shipping method and according to the buyer's address, and are covered by the buyer.
- In the case of the delivery of goods outside the EU, additional costs may be incurred. Such costs include, for example, costs incurred in transactions or costs related to the execution of payments (remittance costs, currency exchange, etc.) and possibly costs related to customs procedures, customs clearance or import duties and other duties/taxes under the regulations of the addressee's country. Such costs shall be borne entirely by the buyer.
- If you choose payment by proforma invoice/prepayment as the payment method, we will only be able to ship the product when we receive your payment/transfer. If the items are not in stock, we will inform you about the planned delivery date next to the item in the online shop. The normal delivery time is three to seven (3–7) working days for goods that are in stock and already packed, ten (10) working days for goods that are in stock but need to be packed specially for you, and up to four (4) weeks for goods that are out of stock. If the goods are out of stock or packed, we will inform you immediately. In any case, we will do our best so that you will receive the goods as soon as possible. We will also do our utmost to ensure that we have stock at all times. The delivery period starts when payment is visible in our bank account. If we deliver the goods to the delivery service on time, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery. If the change in the delivery time is unacceptably long (e.g. more than seven weeks), the provider allows the customer to withdraw from the order or will offer the customer the most favourable option to change the order.
- In the event of any unexpected complications (force majeure and other) or delays in the order, the buyer will receive a notification via email stating the estimated delivery time of the order.
- If the buyer receives goods that they consider to have been damaged during delivery, we advise to reject such a damaged package or immediately notify the provider at the email address info@q-bricks.com and describe the situation. The buyer should keep the item together with the packaging and store it in the same condition as they received it, for the purpose of proving the damage to the courier company. The buyer should also record the time of delivery and, if possible, the name and surname of the delivery person. All the above information will serve to facilitate the claim with the courier service.
- The provider is not liable for any damage (including damage or destruction of products) incurred due to or related to inability or untimely provision and supply of the products due to war or civil unrest, strikes, cessation of work in industry, fire, storm, floods or thunderstorms, breakdown, intentional damage, theft or other cases of force majeure or due to circumstances beyond the control of the provider or having occurred against its will.
- Any costs incurred due to several unsuccessful delivery attempts and due to storage in a warehouse for delivery services shall be charged separately to the buyer.
- All delivery prices may change at any time, and the provider will make every effort to inform the buyer on time and allow it to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the internal business policy and applicable legislation.
PAYMENT METHODS
PayPal
PayPal is a simple and fast online payment service. It is one of the most widely used and often selected as one of the safest online systems by online traders and consumers. It works on the basis of your e-mail address and personal password. Your bank details and credit card details are stored only with PayPal. Therefore, it is not necessary to re-send data online each time you make a purchase. Payments executed through this service are made within seconds and are free of charge. In the “Payment method” step, select PayPal and you will be redirected to the PayPal login page. More information is available at https://www.paypal.com/si/webapps/mpp/pay-online.
Invoice payment
If you choose to make payment by pro forma invoice, we will send you the respective invoice and payment details (payment amount, bank account, reference and purpose of payment) to the e-mail address you provided at registration or at the time of purchase. The pro forma invoice must be paid within the period of validity of the pro forma invoice, otherwise the order will be cancelled. We will send you the goods when the payment is visible in our system and within the period stated next to the product.
Payment cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, SEPA, giropay, Sofort, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
In our online store, you can make payment by different payment cards. Select “Card Payment” in the “Payment Method” phase. You will be redirected to the website “STRIPE”, where you choose the payment card type, enter all the necessary information, and then click “Pay” to complete the order (check with your bank if the online payment feature is enabled on the card you have selected).
Deferred payment
Q-BRICKS d.o.o. allows certain contracting parties to defer payment. Every contracting party has a fixed term of payment (in the ERA).
